Fitness

At Paihia School all the classes now do fitness to get our heart beating faster. We have a rotation so every day we do something different every Morning but on Mondays we don’t do fitness because we have Assembly. On Tuesdays we do jump jam , on Wednesdays we do skipping , on Thursdays we do fitness cards with music and on Fridays we do hurdles.  My favorite is the hurdles The W.A.L.T is to get fit.
